Why do my invoices keep landing in customer spam folders?

I have a Shopify Domain, however my invoices continue to go to customer spam folders. I have attempted to add the in my DNS TXT file but the invoices continue to go to spam. I am not sure how to correct at this point. Please help!!

Did you manage to resolve this issue? I have the same problem despite adding all the CNAMES etc to my domain provider. It really bugs me that every time I send an invoice I have to advise, check your spam folder!

Has anyone gotten any real fixes from Shopify? I’m using a Shopify domain and this has happened so many times now with 1st issue orders, and also modifications when someone adds a service after the fact. We’ve tried everything but it’s still happening. Very irritating to have to remember to remind customers to pay a small extra bill, bur looking at this over last year’s, it’s cost us hundreds. Shopify doesn’t seem to care.
