hello
Im trying to add product tags (24 in total) to a product page and am finding that about half of them are randomly disappearing when i go back to check
Has anyone else encountered this?

have you tried looking at ‘Manage tags’, does it include the tags you added before?

yes ive looked at ‘Manage tags’ and the problem is till there. They just seem to disappear for no reason. I can’t establish a pattern for it either. I also note that when visiting the webpage and using the search function, it doesn’t appear to search based on the tags - it seems to be searching words actually appearing in the body of the webpage

If you are using Filter 2.0, it will not work with product tags. Product tags only support Filter 1.0

I am referring to Filter according to your previous answer.
And the tags it was removed, I recommend you to contact Shopify directly. Because Shopify manages it and no one can help you edit or debug this.
