I wanna add shopify payments but it only ads when its on test mode. When I turn off the test mode it disappears being there only pay pal. If someone could help me I would be grateful.

Where is your business operating from? Shopify Payments is our native payment gateway that we offer merchants to help them accept credit card payments on their store. If you’re located in an eligible region, you can navigate to the Settings > Payments section in your Shopify admin to enable Shopify Payments on your store.
Otherwise, have you successfully set up Shopify Payments on your store but cannot see the gateway on your store’s checkout? If a Shopify Payments gateway isn’t appearing on checkout, it may be because your Shopify Payments account is on hold. This means that our accounts team and banking partner are currently in the process of reviewing your account, as part of a security measure. You can learn more about the Shopify Payments account review and verification process in this guide.
To check if a review is currently being conducted on your Shopify Payments account, you can check for the following:
On the homepage of your Shopify admin, check if you have a yellow or red banner outlining the status of your Shopify Payments account and any next steps you may need to take to activate it. Take a look at the image below for an example of what a banner on your admin may look like.
If you’re the Account Owner of your store, check your inbox to see if you’ve received an email from one of our accounts team in regards to your Shopify Payments account. If an email exists, the content should include further details on the status of your account, as well as any further information or documents that our accounts team may require from you.
If you don’t see any of the above on your end, feel free to share a link to your website here so that I can navigate to your checkout and see if I can spot the Shopify Payments gateway from my end. Alternatively, because we won’t be able to look into your admin or account via the Community Forums, you can also contact our live support team so that they can help further investigate the situation in more detail.
