Why do my Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy pages appear differently?

Hi I am organising Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

I set the same the same format from the back end, but the 2 pages look different to be viewed as a customer.

A. The page showing normally:

B. The page with format problems - title in the middle, the narrower content width

This is my way to go in from the back end:

Sales Channels > Pages

How can I fix this problem?

remove the space from your page.

i hope it will help you.

But it seems no way to edit the title spacing from the back end.

See their is multiple spaces, remove from backspace button.

I used another way finally but fixed anyways. Thank you @Mr_RaviRaj
