hello, I am working on a site for an artist and their posters that I’ve uploaded do not reflect the quality of the actual photos. The areas that are white look gray on Shopify. Has anyone ever had this issue and is there anyway to fix it?
I am not 100% sure, but the problem could be related to image color profile embedded into image.
Shopify removes the color profile when you upload an image and that can cause the image to look different.
