Why are all my pages duplicating every-time I try to change one page.

I’d love to understand a bit more about this in order to help you out, but for now, I’ll work to the assumption that you are referring to creating multiple pages with the page.alternate.liquid template.
When you edit the section it’s the same section used for both pages, you need to make a separate unique template if you want unique unshared sections. I found this community post where a fellow merchant had a similar issue, check out the Shopify Experts response below:
