Hi!
Some of our images in several pages are disappearing. We tested different formats (jpg,webp,svg), sizes, browsers (chrome and edge), devices (andoid,windows,apple,iphone), networks… seems that nothing is working. Also tried to upload the image again and some days after it disappears.
Most of the images are icons, but also happens with normal images of products in homepage and others pages.
We are using SPARK theme, we actualized it to lastest version and still doesn’t work. Also shopify says that doens’t know what is happening.
Theme supported suggested that was related with some app that has some conflict with our code, but We contacted all our apps and they confirmed that issue is not from their side.
One of the apps suggested that was lazyload that was making it. In fact, we verified all themes versions before appears lazyload in theme.liquid (before 27th september 2023) and the images remain visible if we republished them. But in all themes after this date, the images are disappearing. Someone can help us?
