Why do packing slips print in A4 paper size and not letter? Is there a setting to change this?

Hi,

Printing packing slips always prints them out at A4 size. I can’t find a way around this other than to have my client select “fit to paper size” when he has his warehouse employees print the packing slips.

Is there a way around this? My client is a bit frustrated, but it is understandable as it should print in a paper size that fits the region’s current standard size.

Hi,

I would really appreciate an answer to this. I have billed my client over 3 hours trying to find out how to adjust the default print output of a packing slip and offered him solutions ranging from private apps to customizing this Google Chrome “fit to paper size” print setting.

There’s no way to have packing slips print default in 8.5 x 11?
