my analytics on my phone and my analytics on my computer are showing up completely different…help lol

Hi Mac,
The issue is with the actual store, as depicted in the attachments, it is
from the product list to the store where the problem occurs, if that makes
sense. I am happy to do a live chat to rectify this issue as it is doing my
head in and I cant go live with my store until this issue is rectified as
the item heading is incorrect.

I have reattached the attachments, however the issue is that any listed item
listed on my site is that if the item has a number/s in it appears to add a
number to the item for example 12 volt becomes 23 volts and a set of 2
becomes a set of 3. I am more than happy to discuss the issue in live chat.
I would appreciate it if you can assist with this issue and I am aware of
the store launch checklist and would be happy to provide access to my store
to you but not on this forum.

Thanks for following up. As I’m still unable to view the attachments, are you able to send them as a .zip file? This might help with the accessibility issues.
You mentioned that any product on your store that has a number in it, an additional number is being automatically generated. This definitely seems like a bug so the best course of action would be to visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.
