Why do they Put you on HOLD when they CALL YOU BACK?

What is the friggin point in a call back request when a robot calls you and puts you on hold?

I don’t have time for this, that is why I asked for a call back!

So not only am I pissed about no resolution to the banner saying that shopify is going to refund my sales if I don’t finish setup, but now I’m on hold with a call back?

Way to make your customers want to go to another platform!
