Why do two buy buttons appear vertically on my CargoCollective page?

Whenever I visit a page with buy buttons on my website, two of them stacked vertically appear. This doesn’t happen when I visit the page through my website at the moment (although it did for a while), it only happens when I visit a page via a link, or copy pasting the page url into the search bar.

It happens with all versions of the buy button - simple, basic, full etc.

Any ideas? Is it the website host or a shopify issue?
