Gotcha, this will occur when you added the collection menu item into your navigation settings. (Admin > Online Store > Navigation > Main Menu).
You will want to remove the filter tags from that menu item. What filter tags does is only show the products in that collection that have those exact tags applied to each product. Since there isn’t a product in your store that doesn’t contain all of those tags, you are receiving the “no products found” error because there isn’t a product that meets the criteria.
Once you remove the filter tags from there, it will show ALL the items that belong to your “wax type” collection.
