When I view my product page, this blank block appears along with what looks like a pop-up with Action, but when I click it does nothing. Despite my best efforts, I am unable to locate the blank block. I don’t understand what I’m missing.
Yes and am not dear and second am asking Shopify so, yes it’s right place to ask.

You can remove that block from Online store > Themes > Current theme > Customize > click dropdown at the top, select Products > Default product, one the left menu, click on Image with text, clickRemove section
