Hi - I have a customer that is saying they get locked out if they have been looking too many times. It won’t let them load another page.

My best advice would be for your customer to try doing some local troubleshooting such as clearing their cache/cookies and trying a new device or browser. The internet connection is usually what will cause this type of error. Can you share your URL with me so I can test it on my end?
