Why does a device appear during my product preview?

When I want to preview my product this device appears

Hey @Ali101 .

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate the screenshot that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Would you be able to share your online store URL?

If possible, could you also let us know what was the last action you completed before you received this error message? As this information will allow us to take a further look to advise the next steps.

Looking forward to your response.

I have the same issue. It’s happening to me with all the previews I’m doing, it started happening a day before the Shopify style update.

Hey @Guido4 .

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate that you have provided the URL to your online store. Just to gather some additional context, when you navigate to your online store using the Preview option when viewing your product? I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the option I am referring to:

I would suggest attempting to clear the cache on your browser and try this action once again. In some cases, clearing the cache from your browser can fix minor issues that you may experience on the Shopify platform. If the issue persists, try to use a separate browser. For example, if you are using Safari - try this action on Google Chrome.

Let me know if that does the trick, looking forward to your response.

I cleaned the cache and tried with another browser but continue to get the same error. This is the link that I got following the steps you gave me.

Hey @Guido4 .

Thanks for the quick response and attempting those troubleshooting methods.

In this case, we will need to take a further look into the setup of your online store to advise further. Since I cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics.

Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the error message you are receiving.

Let me know if you have any questions.
