I’ve been experiencing issues when trying to add a contact form on a popup on a product and collection page. A ‘challenge’ not found prevents the process to be completed. Interesting enough if i uncheck the reCaptcha i’m able to submit (from local) but after a few tests the “challenge” page comes back (i guess my ip was tagged as spam automatically). So that’s the issue.

Google reCAPTCHA v3 is enabled by default on all Shopify stores.

To disable the reCaptcha,pls follow the steps :

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.

  2. From the Apps and sales channels page, click Online store.

  3. Click Open sales channel.

  4. Click Preferences.

  5. In the Spam protection section, you can check to enable or uncheck to disable Google reCAPTCHA for that location:
