Why does an unknown error occur when setting up payments on my ecommerce platform?

I try to set up Shopify payments. It tells me before I can accept payments, I need to provide more information. When I type in all the necessary information it always loads long and then tells me : An unknown error occurred.

I need to receive the payments really soon. Can somebody help me how to get that information in? Can I send all the information manually to Shopify or something?

Strange that the error is appearing. I suspect it might be a local-ended issue. Would you mind trying the following?

  1. Clear cache/cookies, restart the browser and try again.
  2. Use Google Chrome Incognito mode
  3. Try a different browser

If the above doesn’t work, please let me know.
