I had a problem in my PayPal integration, in the sense that while trying to make a transaction on my store through the credit card, the transaction always fails with the same message “Your payment details couldn’t be verified. Check your card details and try again”. I am not even sure if the interface is even sending the credit card information correctly to the backend.
After trouble shooting by PayPal technical support, they messaged me
“This is not a PayPal integration rather than Shopify payments integration issue. It seems that you have integrated Shopify payments as well as PayPal in your website. You would need to check with the Shopify technical support for the card decline issue, as the card details are sent to Shopify as per your integration.” Screen shot shared by them attached.
I am unable to understand any way by which I can reach the Shopify customer support to resolve the issue. Maybe some one from community can help me on this. Or if some one knows how to reach customer support chat/email/phone?
