I have a Google Sites website created. Once I connected it to Shopify, my main website has become unsecure and will not let my users visit. Please HELP! I can’t seem to get an answer from the support “bot” on this and am panicking.

I definitely understand your concern. Most likely the issue is related to your domain DNS information. If the domain information was recently updated then it can take up to 48 hours for your new security certificate to propagate. If you are still seeing an error message please share a screenshot of the error and the URL link. I’d be happy to check the DNS information and see if it is setup properly.
