Why does 'Connection not private' message appear for Mac users on Chrome and Safari?

Some of our customer have the message “Your connection is not private”, but only with Mac, both with Chrome and Safari: what do you suggest to check?

If it’s for flemmings.wine then it’s possibly because you have a LetsEncrypt SSL. Those started having problems on older computers, like those running very old OS or browsers. Have your customer upgrade their OS or their browser.
