HI @AndreasWaeldele - we have investigated this issue, and it seems to be an app on your store causing this. The app “WishList Plus” is reverting the currency to USD at checkout. Hi @coleatkinson thanks a lot for checking this out ! Weirdly enough it is working now. Though I am realising, that whenever I use a VPN that the wishlist app disappears. Is that something you guys changed? I have not turned off the wishlist app yet.

This is what we found: there is a pop up on your website that presents a special offer to buyers. When you physically dismiss that pop up, everything works as expected and the cart stays in the local currency. Totally understood - sorry I wasn’t clear. It’s not the Klaviyo pop up that is causing the issue, that’s just how to reproduce the issue itself. The issue is definitely being caused by the wishlist app. If you deactivate this temporarily does the issue still persist?

Hi @coleatkinson thanks a lot for the video! The popup you are seeing is not the wishlist app but a Klaviyo Signup Popup.

Most of online stores using Shopify have Klaviyo installed. That is not something I can deactivate.
