Why does customer payment processing not complete?

Hi to all here! Please can someone help me?

when my customers process payment, it doesn’t complete the process. It rather shows the message below.

Has anyone ever had such an experience?

It could be due to incorrect credentials, or your account with them may not be set up correctly. Contacting the payment provider will be the best step to take to troubleshoot this further. You can view the payment provider by going to Settings/Payment Provider.
