We are a relatively new Shopify store and have recently been trying to get our google ads on the go.
We have had a suspension placed on our account due to ‘misrepresentation’. We have tried and tried to see where we have gone wrong but cannot figure it out.
This is the second time this has happened in a matter of days. The first time we had someone from Google Support say that they couldn’t see the problem and they lifted the suspension - but 2 days later we’re back at square one. Can someone please help us to try and figure out where we have gone wrong?
We have read a few articles on here already but none really seem to get to the bottom of our problem…
Welcome to Shopify community! I can see that you’re facing some issues regarding your Google Ads account. Since, I’m an experienced Shopify Partner and don’t have much information regarding the Google ads account but what I suggest you is reach out to Google Ads Support as in this case only they can help you and Shopify experts has nothing to do anything in this case. So I highly suggest you to not fall for any scam as some of the replies on your post seems a little suspicious. If you need any help regarding Shopify then I’ll be more than happy to help you out.
