Why is it saying that my Instagram Username or Password or Invalid when I’m trying to add my pages to my Shopify? PLEASE HELP!

Make sure you added correct user name and password and your are connecting the pages that your are admin

Nick here from Shopify.
As @Solutions1 touched on, can you double check to be sure that you have a Facebook business page and your Instagram profile is a professional account as per the help guide Shopify has about setting up and connecting Instagram profiles here. And also to make sure you are the account owner or admin as that will also effect the ability to connect the accounts to your Shopify store.
If this doesn’t work and you still can’t connect, can you screenshot the error message and page you see (please block out any sensitive information if you do) so I can see exactly what you are with this as it will be a huge help to knowing what could be happening. Let me know!
