when I was testing out the checkout flow, the product never goes to the cart and the button keeps spinning. I’ve cleared my cache, testing out on other browsers and devices deleted a couple apps but the problem still persists.

Issue is JS conflict.
Revert the changes you did recently or using chrome > open the store url > right click anywhere > click n Inspect ? Click console
here you can see the JS error, find and fix the first one and the issue will be resolved.
