Why does my Adyen test account fail to load the order confirmation page?

Hi - keen to get some help.

This is my first go at a Shopify Store…

I have linked my store to an Adyen Test Account. I am able to get to the Payment screen where credit card details are entered, enter the payment details and select process, but get an error on the Order Confirmation Page

Failed to load the page

This page is not compatible with the editor due to one of the following issues:

  • Page is redirecing to an unsupported URL
  • Page failed to load due to an error

I have the options to View Documentation, or to Try again. If I click Try again, the Order Confirmation is returned correctly.

I am creating a store using the Minimal Theme and this happens both if I have slightly customised the Theme and in an uncustomised version of the Theme.

Anyone got any tips for me?

I just got the same error message. Did you ever get this resolved?

Morning - I did. Adyen needs to be set up to approve payments from Shopify. Once this was done, all was good.
