Why does my Amazon Shopify app only sync a fraction of my products?

A fraction of my products are synchronizing and I don’t know why. The SKU’s on Amazon match that on Shopify. Is there a certain place that the SKU needs to be for the sync to find it? Is it case sensitive or doesn’t like special characters? Can I just manually link Shopify and Amazon listings?

Hi @Elianna , what app are you using to sync Amazon SKU’s with Shopify? Did it work properly before or was it always like this?

I started using it a few weeks ago and out of the hundreds of products I have for sale, only 42 were synced to Amazon. I would like a solution to this.
