Hello, I am using the Dawn theme, and my banner image appears too pixelated. I already have very high-quality images, but when I upload them to Shopify, the image becomes pixelated. I’m okay with sacrificing page speed as long as the image looks high quality. I’ve already done my research before asking about this, and these are the links I’ve found:

Do you know the post-upload resolution?
Yes, Dawn theme most certainly does have image-banner.liquid file.
What settings are you using for your image banner?
Do you have any custom code added?
Did you alter the code in any way?
In short, asking blanket questions like why is my image pixelated doesn’t really do very much to further your solution. Like the old saying, help me help you. Provide details.
The “solution” by LitExtension is a bad one – their recommendation is to load not the properly sized image, but an original size image. Which may be several times larger then needed.
While it may lead to increased perceived sharpness, it will also ruin your page speed => penalize SEO.
Especially if this is the LCP element above the fold on your homepage (most likely).
