Why does my business verification not complete?

Hello,

Everytime I submit this information, nothing happens. For this reason I’m not able to complete this step. What I suppose to do?

Thank you for your post. Can you confirm where you’re trying to submit your business verification? Are you being asked to submit this information in your Shopify admin? If so, what you’re describing sounds like it could be a local issue. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and/or using an incognito window to submit your documentation and see if that works.
