Hi I open Shopify store recently, I have another 10 day from trial I try to pay my plan but say card is declined.

Does your card accepts online payments? I’d suggest to get in touch with Customer Support, they should be able to have a resolution relatively quickly.

Thank you for your post. I found this help document which includes common reasons why your payment may have been declined:

Your payment method might be rejected if you aren’t using a valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express to pay your Shopify bills.

If you use a debit card, then it must be co‑branded with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. You can’t use debit cards that are not co‑branded.

Your credit card needs to allow for recurring payments in USD.

Your credit card needs to have international capabilities.
If you are using a valid credit card from one of the above providers and your card is still being declined, I recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.
And just so you know, you don’t need a credit card on file to use our free trial! You will just need a valid payment method to continue with your store once the free trial is over, or if you’d like to process payments on your store before the trial is over.
