I noticed that it’s not possible to order a product from my store anymore because the cart empties itself after reloading the page. No matter how many items I add to the cart, it is “forgotten” after reloading the page.
Can someone advise me on how to solve the issue?
I think you can try and disable the ajax cart and check, otherwise, hide the option to view the cart in your Ajax cart(sliding drawer cart) itself, so that people can directly checkout
DM me if the issue persists and you want to get the fixed by logging from admin panel
I disabled the Ajax cart and the problem persists, the products still disappear from the cart after loading a page.
