when I click on my checkout button it seems to refresh the web and not immediately go to the checkout page. I have to click the button 3 times or more for it to go the checkout page. Making it hard for customers to checkout an item.
please help I just launched this store and I’m looking to make it easy for my customers to be able to purchase.

I checked your website and you have a Javascript Error when you press the Checkout button (you can check errors in Chrome Dev Tools Console)
The error seems related to a 3rd party app/code called (Axios? Popup ?) that interact with your cart.

It is really difficult for me to help you fix this particular issue, just looking at the frontend of your store.
If the code is injected by another app I need to identify which app creates the problem and eventually try to fix (if it possible).
Sometimes is not possible and you need to contact the support of the specific app or just remove it and find an alternative.
Are you using an app that interact with the cart? like for upsell or promotions?

I removed the apps and still no success
Yes, I still see the problem.
There should be some code in your theme that create it. Not 100% sure, but probably inside the file theme.liquid
Did you try to preview your store with another theme? Or with the original version of your theme?
I reached out to the theme support and will be hearing back from them. It’s definitely something to do with the coding because I used a different theme and it worked fine.
