Tell me, the collection is not fully displayed when scrolling, instead of showing all products, empty category writes. What could be the problem? Everything is displayed normally in the collection, the problem is exactly in the display on the site

Would this be a new collection that you have created and could you let us know your online store URL? As this context will allow me to take a further look into the issue occurring on the online store.
If you have created a collection and noticed that the products are not appearing in the online store, this could be due to the collections availability. You can navigate to the collection and select the manage option towards the top right, we will need to make sure that the collection is available for the online store. I took a screenshot of my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
