Using the craft theme and the header on my store is colour #EADABE but when viewed in the mobile version the shade of the colour is different to the desktop version? Website link is https://hotonthecase.com/
It also does it when viewing emails from mobile, the #EADABE colour changes shades slightly

It’s due to it being set as a gradient rather than a solid colour.
You should be able to select a solid colour option in your customise section and this should solve your issue.
I have checked your store both color is same.
Seems to be okay to me now, inspecting the code shows the same color code for both, could you show what you’re seeing on your mobile view?
That’s strange but great if that is the same for everyone! Still appearing a different colour on both of my mobiles but when I email the screenshot over to my laptop, the colour changes when I open it on my laptop?! The only way I can try to show you this is by taking a video, hopefully this is clear enough- video attached
I think it might be a case of your screen quality/settings on your laptop as I’ve checked on my PC, phone and tablet and the colour is the same every time, and in the backend, the colour codes match for all screens.
I also checked the color is same ! May be its because of your phone or laptop screens color settings!
The colour appears correct on my laptop just not any other device. Both my iphones and ipad seem to show a different shade.. maybe its an apple setting..

Yes its strange.. all my apple products show the wrong colour but my laptop shows the correct one. Must be an apple setting somewhere

No problem at all!
It’s definitely matching throughout the code I can guarantee you that, some things may appear slightly different on different screens which is unfortunately unavoidable due to age of devices etc
