Why does my CSV file keep showing 'Invalid URL' error?

I am putting this as the “Handle” in my csv file but I keep getting Invalid URL message. Help

Handles are the unique name of each product that’s found at the end of your product URL. Therefore, you will need to enter only “reed-diffuser” as your handle, instead of the entire URL. Let me know if this helps!
