I’m trying to make changes to my shopify website but whenever I open the editor after 1-2 clicks my cursor changes into grabbing hand icon and then I can’t open any section and make any changes. Kindly provide a solution.

I’m also experiencing the same issue. I noticed that it only affects Windows 11 users. After chatting with them a few times, they confirmed that there is an issue specific to Windows 11, and they are working on fixing it. Are you using Windows 11?

Tried Everything, Checked with multiple browsers but this issue still persists. Somehow, Firefox works for 15-20mins and then again the cursor changes to grabbing hand icon.

What is your Device Operating System?

Yes. I can’t use my laptop that has Windows 11, but its absolutely fine on Windows 10
