One of my customers got the following message: “You can add more Benji’s Berry Pie by Deborah Acio to the cart”- what does that mean? Is there some sort of cap and if so how do I remove it? I sell books on my website and I’m currently live for pre-orders. Thanks.

I was able to chat with their customer support and it looks like my inventory numbers were set too low. I was able to adjust and that corrected the problem. I appreciate you reaching out.
