Why does my Debutify theme load a blank page sometimes?

Hi guys,

I noticed that my theme has some problems but don’t know how to fix it as I do not have any coding experience so if you can please review my theme/website that will be great!

Basically If I access the website go to different pages “SHOP” or SHOP NOW button, it loads on a blank empty page - only after a refresh it a couple times does the page fully load.

Please note this sometimes happens but sometimes doesn’t so it might not show it for you.

We have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?

I am checking from my MacBook laptop on Google Chrome and I also checking from my Apple iPhone’s Safari. None are working they are showing a blank page when loaded.

Please contact our support if the issue is still persisting, in the meantime, I recommend disabling the page transition add-on. On the theme editor, go to theme settings > Debutify add-ons and uncheck “Page transition”.
