why does it only happen from time to time that my domain is already registered? I’ve already spoken to Ionos, they don’t have any errors. Can someone help me please

Just to gather some additional context, are you receiving a specific error message when you are attempting to connect your third-party domain to your Shopify store? If so, could you let us know which error message?
In order to successfully connect your third-party domain to your online store, you may need to Change the DNS settings on your third-party domain to have the domain pointed and connected to your store.
