I am trying to transfer my domain to Shopify and cannot seem to get any help. EVERY way I try ends up crashing with server errors or loops back to the same place. I tried emailing and was sent back to the chat that keeps crashing and can’t get any further. I am getting really angry, does anyone know how to contact a real human here?
Same here, everything seems broken at the moment. Can’t even filter correctly “price, low to high”…

Can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to access the Help Center? I do recommend contacting our social media support team for more real time troubleshooting. Our social media support team doesn’t have access to merchant accounts, but they will be able to connect with some internal teams to assist in troubleshooting this with you.

Please try using this specific link to access the Help Center: https://help.shopify.com/shop-select. I recommend doing a browser cache and cookie clear first or opening the link in an incognito window. If you still see an error message it would be very helpful for us to see a screenshot of the browser window along with the address bar at the top.
