Why does my dropdown menu fail to open reliably on mobile phones?

Hi,

We’ve been encountering an issue for a while now. Our dropdown menu fails to open reliably on mobile phones. It occasionally functions on Google Chrome but consistently fails on standard Internet Explorer. We’re uncertain about its compatibility with Safari on iOS. Our website theme is Testament. Could this problem be related to the code or something else entirely?
