Why does my e-commerce store URL structure show extra parameters?

Hello Everyone I have e-commerce store on shopify Kinrex.com its products urls always show up like this https://kinrex.com/products/christmas-elf-shoes?variant=31188823605350&currency=USD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic. why>?? it shouldn’t be like this it should be https://kinrex.com/products/christmas-elf-shoes this.

Please help me solve this issue.

Hello,

I believe the extra data in the URLs is added by the Google Shopping app when it syncs the products to Google Merchant Center. Here’s a post explaining it some more along with some solutions: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/jurefuzul_how-to-remove-sagorganic-from-shopify-reporting-activity-7127267808442277890-7uUj/

If I just look at your site or search it on Google though I don’t see the extra data on the URLs, they look as you would expect, with just like “https://kinrex.com/products/reindeer-headband”:

Best,

Daniel
