Why does my 'Earrings' tab show 'This collection is empty' message?

Hello,

There has to be something that I am missing here. The message in the subject line appears when I click my Header Navigation “Earrings” tab. I did establish an earrings collection and have added products. I can search for earring using the search bar and the products come up but as said not by clicking the nav bar. Any ideas what I did not enable?

Can please provide your store URL ?

@KellyTour on top bar menu link you have to change the link from the menu settings

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.

  2. On the Navigation page, click the title of the menu that you want to edit.

  3. Click Add menu item.

  4. Enter a name for the menu item. This name displays in the menu, and can include special characters or emoji.

  5. Click the Link field, and then enter a website address for an external website or select a link type:

    • Home - your online store’s home page
    • Collections - a specific collection or all collections
    • Products - a specific product or all products
    • Pages - a webpage on your online store
    • Blogs - a blog on your online store
    • Blog posts - a blog post on your online store
    • Policies - one of your store policies

Hello, I believe that I followed all of the steps that you described when I
first set up the product collection. See screenshot. This looks correct to
