Why does my first order show no items needing fulfillment?

I just got my first order and when I went to create the shipping labels it said that the selected order does not have items that need fulfillment.

What does this mean ?

One of two things is probably happening here:

(1) You may have already marked the order as fulfilled.

(2) The product may not be marked as a ‘physical product’ within the product settings.

Go into your admin > products > click into the product that you sold > scroll down a bit to the “shipping” settings > make sure the box for “this is a physical product” is checked.

You’ll want to check this for all of your products. If the above checkbox isn’t checked, then you wouldn’t be able to purchase shipping labels for it when purchased.

Note: changing this probably won’t affect any orders that have already been placed – it’ll just help for future orders.

what spooked me out was that ,as well as the shipping status in blank, should I worry about it?coming back from the shipping label , do you think that will be sorted out once i do that or once it arrives?

Does the order have a guarantee that is going to be shipping even though it didn’t show the shipping date?

How can I get the tracking number?

What about the url?

Do you think that since that product was imported from zopi dropshipping to shopify, will the delivery be made?

If the product was added to your store using the Zopi dropshipping app, then you would want to reach out to Zopi’s support team directly (support@zopi.io) to ask them these questions.

I had the same problem, but it only happens with international orders. I checked both of the things you mentioned here, but nothing seems out of order. It just dosent give me an option to buy a shipping label once I click on the order even if it says it is unfulfilled at the top. I am also not using Zopi dropshipping app
