I’m reaching out for some technical support and would greatly appreciate your expertise. I’ve encountered a peculiar issue with a landing page I created on my Shopify store, which can be found here: https://lacsonravello.com/pages/bfcm-2023.
Issue Description: The page stops scrolling after about 15-20 seconds. This issue seems to coincide with my pop-up, which I attempted to disable using a specific code—see below. The page was cloned from a similar page that previously worked without any issues. I’m using the Broadcast theme for reference.
Troubleshooting Attempted:
- When I remove the code related to the pop-up, the scrolling issue resolves, but then the pop-up reappears.
- The problem seems to be recent and didn’t occur in the past, even when using the same code to disable the pop-up on similar pages.
- I need the pop-up to remain active on other parts of my site, so completely disabling it isn’t an option.
Assistance Needed:
- Fix the scrolling issue - enabling continuous scroll without freezing after 15-20 seconds.
- Disable the pop-up from appearing on this specific page without affecting its functionality on other parts of the site.
Any insights, suggestions, or solutions would be immensely helpful. Has anyone faced a similar issue, or does anyone have experience with tweaking code in the Broadcast theme to resolve such problems?
