When you access the site on IOS mobile and after adding to cart, the site freezes. On Android and desktop it works fine but IOS mobile is not working.
Does anyone know of a fix for this?

Main issue: On iOS mobile devices, the site freezes immediately after adding an item to the cart. Android and desktop function normally.
Initial checks requested by support:
User’s follow-up: Tested across multiple iOS devices and browsers. All devices are updated and caches cleared. The freeze persists consistently on iOS.
Most recent guidance: Test the store using a different Shopify theme (via theme preview) to determine if the problem is theme-related. If the issue continues, escalate to Shopify live support through the Help Center, as account-specific troubleshooting isn’t handled on the forum.
Status: Unresolved. Awaiting results from testing an alternative theme and/or escalation to live support. No code snippets or media are required to understand the issue.

Is this issue appearing on only one iOS device or a couple of devices?
Have you checked your device is running the most up-to-date version of the software as mentioned here?

The mobile site freezes .

Have you also tested this on a preview of a different theme to see if you get the same results as this could be theme related?
