Why does my mobile nav menu blank out titles for collection links?

Hi all,

Really struggling with this - my drop down menu on mobile ONLY seems to blank out the title of sub menus when I add link to a collection (rather than home page).

Not sure if it is the font colour or something else - please see below pic:

The links showing are all linked to Home Page - as soon as I link them in Navigation to collection they disappear.

Any ideas?
