I’ve just tried accessing this link via Safari on the IPhone 11 and the website seems to be fully operational and smooth on my end. Are you able to pinpoint where exactly your site freezes?
Can you please ensure that the version of your mobile device and browser are updated to the latest release?
You can also try a few additional local troubleshooting steps here:
- Try on a different device and install a new browser?
- Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)
- Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device as these can interfere.
