Why does my mp4 video fail upload validation on my product page?

Hi,

I am trying to upload a mp4 video to my product page and keep getting the error:

Media upload failed - The video failed validation because the duration failed to meet the minimum value of 0.25s

I have increased the duration from 5 to 30 seconds and it still gives me this error.

I am using the Dawn theme

Any idea of what I am doing wrong?

May I ask if you have picked a Shopify plan yet?

I know that this happens to some users, and they realize that if you’re still on trial and haven’t picked a plan yet, it won’t let you upload any videos.

In short, pick a plan with Shopify and start uploading
