Why does my online store break when I publish?

Hi,

I’m in urgent need of help!

I’ve tried to troubleshoot as much as I could but I can’t figure out why my store break when I publish.

It duplicates the menu throughout

PLEASE HELP!!

I had to revert to a drop-down multi-level menu for the meantime so I may have the site back up.
